Dodo Brands is an international QSR group behind Dodo Pizza and Drinkit — 1,598 units across 26 countries with $2B in annual system sales.
Problem
The website held a massive amount of data — real-time sales, franchise availability, investor relations across 26 countries — but it was poorly visualized and hard to navigate. For partners and franchisees who rely on this data daily, that was a real barrier.
Goal
Redesign the site so complex data becomes easy to read at a glance — on any screen. Key pages needed to work as standalone screenshots: clear enough to share with investors or franchisees without additional context, across 26 countries and multiple languages.
Results
The redesign did not go live as designed — the CEO took over visual direction. The site architecture and structure, however, were adopted in the final version.
