Overview

Skyeng is Russia's largest online English school with 84,600+ students and 8,500+ teachers across the globe.

Problem

The teacher competition existed but had no dedicated website — and most teachers either didn't know about it or weren't motivated enough to participate. The challenge was turning an internal initiative into something teachers would actually care about.

Goal

Create a website that would build community and loyalty among teachers worldwide. The concept brought something physical into the world of online education — the entire visual identity was built around sticker sets that teachers use to rate their students' work, making the design instantly familiar and personal.

Results

✽ 2,700+ teachers participated in the award
✽ Delivered a full visual system — website, branded wallpapers and Telegram stickers; complemented by a promo video in collaboration with a motion designer
